Denise (Waits) Hamlin, David Hamlin, and Rainier National Bank to recover money for her minor children which was to be held in a trust established by Robert Waits, their deceased father. The trial court dismissed the action against all three defendants on their motions for summary judgment. We reverse and remand for trial.
